How do you get the image on my product?

• Images are either done on vinyl which will be specified or through a process called sublimation. Sublimation is the transfer of substrate from a solid to a gas state onto a medium.

Why does the image on the website look different than what I received?

• Colors may vary from different computer pixels. Monitors may be formatted to view differently. Images may also print slightly different from the image on the screen.

When will I get my order?

• Delivery of your order may depend.  Ready to ship items are premade and will be ship quickly. Items that are not premade and ready to ship will be made at the time of ordering.  This increases the time to shipping depends on what your order is and the steps required to make your item.

Can you make me something not listed on your site?

• Message us! We can definitely discuss what you're looking for to determine if we can accommodate. If not, we can always recommend you to someone else we know to guarantee your satisfaction. 

Can I return a custom made item?

• That depends on your item?  If you have customized an item with names or pictures, there is a zero return policy on custom made items that cannot be resold.  Items that can be resold can be returned within 30 days with you being responsible for the shipping cost of the item. The item must be returned in tack in the same packaging.  Items returned damaged will not receive a refund.
